Lately I’ve been eating too much ice cream. So I switched the bowl I was eating from.

That is a true 1/2 cup serving of Breyer’s All-Natural Smooth and Dreamy Mint Chocolate Chip. It is a light ice cream but it’s amazing. Actually, it’s probably a bit more than one serving.

I don’t have a dishwasher and I despise doing dishes, so I just ate right out of the cup.  Another healthy living blogger did the same thing last week, but I can’t recall who.

Tomorrow is going to be crazy — it starts at 7 a.m. in a town that’s about 35 minutes away! And I have to iron my white pants before then! And find my checkbook!

Do you measure any foods? Do you eyeball everything? I always measure my Kashi, because it’s easy to eat way more cereal than you realize. I eyeball just about everything else (except ice cream right now).
