I’ve always been a big magazine reader, but I didn’t start reading SELF until I started losing weight. SELF has been instrumental in helping me lose 120 pounds — they always have good recipes, new fitness moves and health news. I can’t enough of health stories like mystery ailments and cancer research, and SELF does a good job at balancing nutrition, fitness, serious health  news and fun things like fashion.

If you’d like to jump start your weight loss or just re-examine your healthy lifestyle, I would honestly recommend SELF. There are lots of health magazines on the market, but SELF really has the best mix of useful info, serious studies and fashion ideas.
